Fix build issues and remove uses of nicegui

What kind of change does this PR introduce?
This PR fixes build issues and removes uses of nicegui in the project

Summary
The PR fixes the build issue on windows where the numpy version was causing the build to fail on windows.

It also removes uses of nicegui and any deprecated scripts that are no longer being used
