1. Website up pipeline

Hebbs and baoki will be setting up local instances of the website to facilitate updates from the Landscape repo. They will check in with Tristan and Sean moving forward as they work on this.

Concerns and issues to be communicated in the website channel.

2. Sandbox technical support

We need to think about giving projects the support to use the tools they want to comfortably. We want to create a space that helps people plug in and allows future collaboration

Things to discuss:

1. Transition from Sandbox to ODC - Criteria to graduate from Sandbox

• Licence
• README
• Documentation
• Regular maintenance

2. Making things accessible to the community - graduation into the ODC platform, we need to discuss how the project deliverables can be used and accessed by the community

3. Sponsorship/Funding - Hackathon and Sandbox

The new biz dev meeting on Thursday will focus on setting a timeline sponsorship and funding as we work towards a hackathon. One idea for the April Hackathon, we could create Regional in person spaces to support our work. Set this up to support with community growth and sponsorship opportunities.
