Main lesson: Link to the OD provided DLLs, don't use NuGet. Too hard to align version numbers. Also need to directly add DLL files to the project sometimes.

This fork connects OD to Diafaan.
It isn't designed to be merged back into mainline, plus OD doesn't accept external changes. I keep it here to make sure I haven't modified anything I shouldn't.
