Update/fix bugs in (qualitative) comparison tool

This PR adresses bugs in the scenario bundle comparison tool. Additionally it updates the tool to handle changes in the OEP database properly, like the removal of the database schema "scenario"

• Introduced a dataset IRI parser to handle internal and external URL/IRI strings properly
  (#2225)

Bugs

• Fix several bugs in the the Scenario Bundle comparison feature. It now renders study descriptors properly and comparison of scenarios linking to external sources do not raise an error resulting in a blank page. Issues with the experimental quantitative comparison persist. (#2225)
