Tabular graph enhancements

• Added statistical elements to getting graph data from tabular vector feature elements
• Add trendLine, confidenceIntervals, and moving average capabilities
• Added aggregate option for bounding box where it will average all the values
• Both the single select graph and the bbox graph can now toggle these individual fields

TODO:

• Update the aggregate values to do a true average vs just having all values. The same x values should be averaged.
• Styling and options for table data
