Since we are planning on sharing our deployment with more potential users so that we can gather feedback on completed features, we decided to hide incomplete features from users for now. This PR does the following:
list_typesendpoint of the Analytics viewset such that non-superusers get no results for analytics types. Thus, if a non-superuser opens the analytics panel, they will see "No available Analytics." When the analytics are in a more ready state, we can remove this logic (I left aTODOcomment so we won't forget).
