1. Use FormatCode to correctly identify and convert IBM floating point data 2. Convert to vtkStructuredGrid (curvilinear grid). This results in decrease in running time from about 50 sec to less than a second. 3. Use the CoordinateMultiplier value to scale X, Y coordinates 4. Use SampleInterval to scale the Z coordinate 5. Fix memory leak
