Fixes #1457

  • Separated the workflows into three OS-specific files, making the Build.yaml workflow cleaner by having it trigger each of them individually.
  • Updated and split the cron jobs similarly into three dedicated workflow files for each OS.
  • Also optimized the number of cron jobs by running LSP4IJ PRs only against the LTI main tag, while running the LSP4IJ main branch against all tags.
  • Adjusted the schedule as well: cronJob-linux.yaml runs on Monday and Thursday, cronJob-windows.yaml on Tuesday and Friday, and cronJob-mac.yaml on Wednesday.
