Refactor the integration of the Monaco Editor by removing the loader and directly using the editor package. Therefore, it is necessary to package the built-in resources directly.
Monaco Editor is very useful for editing code, especially in scenarios that involve extensive code editing such as implementing plugin editing later on. Therefore, it needs to be directly bundled as a built-in resource.
