The JMX metric for SNMP Trap dispatching needs to be multiplied by the batch size configured for the particular Minion or on the Core system. The metric should a) expose the batch size via JMX so you can recalculate the number traps dispatched or provide a JMX metric that calculates that metric on a Trap granularity.
