Improve checks templates and sync changes

• Remove levels (legacy ref) as now we support checklists (1a59014 and b91dd11)
• Align with column renames from visionBoard (d874d80)
• Added default category and priority group (c57dc04)
• Sync with visionBoard Checks (titles and descriptions mostly) (52c18fd)

• Closes [AUTO] Sync with dashboard database #11
