ru-RU: Fix "Track Designer/Designs Manager" translations

A few fixes for these main menu entries.

Currently, the Russian translation refers to the Track Designer as the "Rollercoaster Editor", while the Design Manager is referred to as the "Track Editor". This makes no sense whatsoever because those two phrases mean the same thing.

I have changed both to use the "track" wording for consistency's sake, and made the Manager a, well, Manager, not an editor.
