This would require a bump of pygithub to 2.7.x. It will fail on multiple systems if an earlier version is installed. |

@mxmehl Your workflow appears to use the latest pygithub package we copied your implementation but had to pin it like I'm doing in this PR: http://github.com/OpenRailAssociation/openrail-org-config/pull/80 if there is another fix please let me know. |
