The workflows to reproduce past STDCM requests assumed that the infra itself is stable and available to the person running the script.

This isn't true anymore as infra exports should be more common. Either way, saving the files is more stable and convenient.

The railjson are compressed in zip files first. This is also applied to saved timetables now, they weren't compressed before.

Note: this will save all loaded infra, we can't know which ones are used for STDCM. Of course nothing is done when it's already saved there.
