Update files and test config to ensure that CI passes

Changes:

• ensure that the order of bits in nml/lems files is correct: validation requires the order to match the order in the schema (the error output specifies this)
• do not validate files that are not expected to validate (concentration models etc.) (TODO: check if the schema needs to include more bits to allow these to validate)
