To match original graphics and to match recent change in OpenTTD to set endgame 'window' background to this dark brown.

These graphics previously had a light brown colour as background. That was selected to match the light brown background around the end game graphics (the magazine/newspaper/high score table).
This updates the graphics to match the dark brown,
0x69, background colour of the magazine/newspaper TTD original graphics, and to match recent change in OpenTTD to set endgame 'window' background to this dark brown.
