Chai v6 no longer provides default export, requires named imports
Required for chai v6 compatibility
Package was unused in the codebase
Croner v9 no longer provides default export
Remove express-async-errors dependency (native async support in v5)
Remove manual mime.define() calls as they're no longer needed Mime v4 handles MIME types with parameters correctly out of the box

Remove OTA fork as it provides no benefit anymore. - List item spacing: one or two spaces before a bullet/number render identically in markdown. - Anchors with block elements: handled via a custom rule.
