Initial PR to generate middle end intrinsics. It still relies on the attributes generates for the clang builtins. I am not sure whether this doesn't need a refactoring. Also, register-immediate intrinsics are definitely incorrect. And finally, there is still no mapping between intrinsic and backend node.
