Fix JSON parse error matching

Jackson now redacts the source for security reasons from exception messages. This modifies the test to look for the important bits via regex.

The failure/marker function now expect both text and column with recent versions.

This fixes a few tests, but more fixes to come. Merging so we don't end up with a PR with a ton of changes.
