This PR adds wildcard ltx imports from Anomaly/XRay Monolith. The code is taken from the original xray-monolith repo (not modded exes), except that I left the
ifndef XR_PLATFORM_WINDOWSblock needed for case-sensitive file systems. I tested the code on CoP (and Anomaly, though it expectedly doesn't run), but I didn't check CS or CoC. Tell me if you'd like me to check anything else.
