Summary

This PR ensures that all networks in the Optimism configuration file are properly tagged as "optimism-based". After verification, all networks in config/networks/optimism.json are confirmed to be built on the OP Stack

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added the "optimism-based" tag to Optimism, Base, Unichain, World Chain, and their Sepolia testnets to improve network filtering and discovery.

Walkthrough

Adds "optimism-based" to the tags arrays of eight networks in config/networks/optimism.json. Existing tags are preserved; "optimism-based" is appended to each affected entry. No structural or field changes beyond tag content updates.

Changes

Cohort / File(s) Summary
Network tags update
config/networks/optimism.json
Appended "optimism-based" to tags for: optimism, optimism-sepolia, base, base-sepolia, unichain, unichain-sepolia, world-chain, world-chain-sepolia. Existing tags (e.g., "rollup", "deprecated") retained; no other fields modified.

Poem

I thump my paws on JSON plains,
Tagging chains with tidy refrains—
“optimism-based,” a hop, a trace,
Across each rollup’s nested place.
Carrots counted, lists aligned,
A bun’s delight: all neatly signed. 🥕🐇

Learning: In the OpenZeppelin relayer codebase, test helper functions may use network names (like "optimism") as string literals for creating mock networks, which are different from network tag constants (like OPTIMISM_BASED_TAG). These should not be flagged as inconsistencies when reviewing tag-related changes.

74-76: Approved — ‘optimism-based’ tag addition and usage verified
JSON integrity confirmed; every network entry contains “optimism-based” exactly once; OPTIMISM_BASED_TAG is defined and used (with OPTIMISM_TAG doc-deprecated) and no stray literals remain.
