A follow-up phase will build on the previous foundation of the SDK to support coordinated state management across multiple parties. The SDK will expose APIs for encrypted state persistence, retrieval, and access control, and support multiple backend configurations (e.g., centralized servers, committee-based services, or decentralized networks like IPFS or Gun DB). In this second phase we will complete the development of a Confidential General-Purpose Multisig, based on previous work from Milestone 1, leveraging improvements on the SDK, and enabling full workflows for note transfers and account recovery, as well as potentially other features scoped by the end of the previous milestone.
