Build the minimal version of the Private State Manager (PSM) capable of managing and synchronizing transparent (non-encrypted) account states and deltas for Miden accounts. The MVP must enable cosigners to push, pull, and synchronize account state updates through the PSM, while preserving on-chain sync (canonicalization process). During this phase we will also design and implement a proof-of-concept multisig enabling M-of-N signing workflows. This will include the design and initial implementation of necessary smart contract components, and will also include research on key features to include in the development of the general purpose multisig for Milestone 2.
