Summary

Replace janitor LLM with direct tool-based pruning
Add AWS Bedrock Converse API support
Add showUpdateToasts config option
Consolidate format handlers with FormatDescriptor pattern
Fix tool ID case handling, session state leakage, and nudge tracking
