[OUDS] Bootstrap v5.3.4 & v5.3.5

Warning

We should have created this branch right after the v5.3.3, but ouds/main didn't exist yet. So this branch starts from twbs/bootstrap@008bc23; first Bootstrap commit that will be reintegrated this way.

Description

This PR contains the ouds/main-next-bootstrap branch and the next Bootstrap commits to integrate.

• Modify bootstrap_docs_version parameter set to 5.3 (if not 5.3.4)
• Modify bootstrap_current_version parameter to 5.3.4

Questions

• Do we want to change all the svg in the examples for Stablitz examples to work ?

After the merge

• Make sure to make a table for compatible versions between Bootstrap and @ouds/web
