Context & Motivation

Description

• fixes text color issue on some bg-* utilities
• rename bg utilities based on their associated color token
• add missing bg utilities based on surface tokens
• add Figma multi fill example implementation
• fix CSS tests
• updates bg- utilities usages throughout the doc
• update migrations
