Project Overview

PANKH is an innovative Event & Club Management platform designed to modernize how events and clubs are managed at our college. The platform replaces traditional offline paperwork with a streamlined digital system, making event organization and participation more efficient than ever.

Problem Statement

Traditional event and club management in colleges suffer from inefficiencies such as:

  • Manual event registrations leading to errors and inefficiencies.
  • Lack of centralized tracking for student participation and club activities.
  • Limited faculty monitoring, making engagement tracking difficult.

Our Solution

PANKH introduces a digital system to streamline event organization, student participation, and faculty engagement monitoring.

  • Explore Events – Students can browse upcoming and past events.
  • Seamless Registration – One-click event registration for students.
  • Club Management – Club heads can manage memberships and recruit volunteers.
  • Faculty Oversight – Faculty can monitor student attendance and engagement.
  • Detailed Analytics – Admins can access reports on student participation and event performance.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, JWT
  • Database: MongoDB
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub
  • Tools: Postman, Prettier
