Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

问题描述 - Issue Description

1. 为种子活动 Peer 列表添加排序

• 比如有按上传速度排序
• 按上传/下载量排序
• 按进度地址标志位排序等等
• 所有列表都有排序
  整体类似qb客户端原生提供的功能，类似在pbh同步实现一样的peer排序功能

2.如果可以，在每个peer行旁添加一个屏蔽按钮，点击弹出一个提示框确认是否屏蔽，如果是，就将此ip添加到 基于IP规则的屏蔽(已有) 此列表内。进行手动屏蔽。
