Describe the Bug

PCSX2 cannot save input profiles that contain slashes in the name field

Reproduction Steps

Attempt to create an input profile with a '/' character

Expected Behavior

PCSX2 creates the profile.

Instead, it attempts to create a sub-folder in the profile folder and throws an error.

Example: profile named Reversed Triggers/Bumpers

Possible root cause:

On Windows, forward slashes (/) are not allowed in filenames and are interpreted as directory separators. When PCSX2 attempts to save the profile, it's using the unsanitized profile name directly in the file path, leading to:

1. Attempting to create a folder called Reversed Triggers inside inputprofiles.
2. Failing because either:

• The parent directory path or permissions don’t allow folder creation, or
• The code doesn’t handle folder creation recursively and expects the folder to already exist.

The profile name should be sanitized before being used in a filesystem path. Replace or remove invalid characters (like /, , :, *, ?, ", <, >, |). For example:
