[BUG]: Incompatible Memory Card #13775

Describe the Bug
Only tested on Winback Covert Operations and Stolen but both games say the memory card is incompatible when trying to save. Tried a bunch of different configurations but can't seem to figure it out.

Trying to save in either Winback or Stolen
