This PR changes references to the previous older package squizlabs/php_codesniffer in favor of phpcsstandards/php_codesniffer in the README.md file.

@jorgsowa Thanks for your willingness to contribute. However, the Packagist name of the project has not changed, so the README is correct as it is. Also see #135.
