Rebrand PIVX Promos to PIVX Giftcodes

Context

PIVX Promo Codes were a relatively confusing name, especially given the previous pivx.promos service previously ran by PIVX Labs. This rebrand serves to make a more understandable identity to a very well-built system, ideally making it more digestible to newcomers, and easier to understand and use overall.

Summary

• Renamed all references of "PIVX Promos" → "PIVX Giftcodes" and "Promo Code(s)" → "Giftcode(s)" across source code and all 15 locale files
• Updated pivxPromos locale key grammar from "is" to "are" to match the plural "Giftcodes"
• Renamed CSV export filename from promos.csv to giftcodes.csv
• Covers JS source (promos.js, database.js, promos_worker.js), Vue template (Dashboard.vue), and all locale TOML files

Test plan

• Verify the PIVX Giftcodes UI displays "PIVX Giftcodes are a decentralised system for gift codes worth PIV"
• Verify giftcode creation, redemption, and CSV export reflect the new naming
• Spot-check a few non-English locales for correct brand name in translated strings
