Summary
Created a new startpage with tiles leading to the individual views of the management system.
This page is now the new default after signin.
The tiles re-arrange depending on those views being available through different environment variable settings.
Also contains a sortable list of favorited processes on top of the page if there are processes that were favorited.
Fixed a bug where favoriting a process is not taken over until a refresh of the page to make this list work seamlessly.
Adjusted Playwright tests to account for the changes.
