These security groups were dropped from the EC2 template several weeks ago, and enough time should have passed now so that all instances that belonged to the groups would have been cycled out. Some spot checking of instances support that hypothesis.
Leaving the
interface-endpoint.ymlfile in there for now even though it's not doing anything just to reduce the number of things happening in this deploy.Closes https://github.com/PRX/internal/issues/1410
