This PR updates the Blazor examples to use the new .NET 8 interactive Razor Components templates.
- Removes the legacy .NET 6 Blazor WASM and Server example folders.
- Adds new
Nutrient-BlazorWASMandNutrient-BlazorServerprojects targeting .NET 8 with interactive server & WebAssembly render modes.

However, it was not clear to me from where I should start running with dotnet watch run, can it be made clear in the README.md file, please? Thanks!
