Release Overview

New features in 2.4.0

  • 3d Focused Execution Display: Feature that provides an updated assembly execution UI. The enhance UI will provide a CAD-centric view which prioritizes 3D visualization as well as providing access to a breadth of supplementary process data such as materials, tooling, and documents.
  • Automatic Update of Released Process Plans from MPMLink to CWC: Feature that allows the automatic import of released process plan into CWC through an MPMLink workflow.
  • Enhanced Data Retrieval from MPMlink: Functionality that enhance the process plan data retrieved and imported from MPMlink to CWC. New data retrieved includes PPE, Material, associated cad files to tools and parts, and more.
  • Configurable Mapping of MPMLink Attribute Names: Feature that allows to control the MPMLink attributes mapping to use for data conversion in to CWC.

  • Raise Hand Extended and Escalation: Feature that allows operators to trigger escalation events from the raise hand functionality, adds reason selection to raise hand and more.
  • Work Instruction Read-Only Mode: Feature that allows an operator to open the latest release version of a work instruction in read-only mode.
  • Upversioning of Routes/WI for Updated Process Plans: Functionality that will enable upversioning of routes and work instructions when importing process plans from MPMLink

New features in 2.2.1

  • Work Instruction Cancellation: Allows the cancellation of work instructions that are scheduled but execution is not yet started
  • Part Validation Step Extended: Adds capture of serial number per bom item during execution, allows for undefined quantity, adds BOM Notification end point to report ‘As-Is’ execution BOM and more
  • Log Sheet Step Enhancements: Adds configuration to control if data is mandatory to complete step, adds data caching, improved e-sign functionality, new attribute type called data aggregation and more
  • Cancel out of certification step execution: Gives a fourth option to operators that are not certified for a given step, which is to cancel out of the step that contains a certification and reopen the last completed step of the current work instruction.
  • Change work cell station: Adds the ability to resume a serial number on a different work cell station than the one where it was originally started
