[Feature] Supports request interruption to stop inference in Adapter mode

Motivation

In the current project, request interruption to stop inference is only available for native services. Interrupting specific requests in Adapter mode is currently not supported.

Modifications

Modify the logic in InternalAdapter to support the interrupt_requests command. A ZMQ client is implemented to send requests to the ZMQ server, enabling the common_engine to receive these signals and terminate the inference process.
