This PR fixes a broken PyPI badge link in README.md and readme/README_cn.md.
The current link contains a typo:
https://pepy.tech/projectsproject/paddleocr
It has been corrected to:
https://pepy.tech/projects/paddleocr
This ensures the badge correctly redirects to the PaddleOCR PyPI statistics page.
