Changes:

  • fix irrigation export from its notebook and add irrigation to the database
  • remove rows with missing scenarios or plants from the database
  • change plant ID 5 to 4 (plant 4 was not selected for the experiment)
  • update packages used, with the effect of explicitly managing units in OPFs
  • fix plant reconstructions (several issues, the foremost being that we didn't use leaves with index > 9)
