What Does This PR Do
Refits a lot of service clothing for Kidan characters, and a tweaks a few shoulder pixels on Skkulakin and Vox service clothing while I'm in the neighborhood.
Why It's Good For The Game
Consider these poor Kida who are bursting out of their seams. (Among others.)

Here are most of the major edits. All the others should be single pixel edits of Kidan pants hems facing east/west.
And rolldowns.
These have minor shoulder edits for Vox and Skkulakin as well.
Testing
Compiled, hosted, dressed affected mobs in service clothing, looked at the iconbot diff for the ones with minor changes.
