This PR mainly includes infrastructure to run problems in the GPU project. This includes a script for running and plotting as well as a script that can generate and submit job scripts for doing parallel scaling plots.
This I used to make strong and weak scaling plots with Gray-Scott with space-time parallelism and space parallelism on CPU and GPU. And everything is there to do a really large run, but I have yet to do this.
In a follow up PR, I will add the same for Rayleigh-Benard convection.
