This is step 2 of merging stuff from my development branch. Most of the changes have virtually no impact outside of my projects. The only changes relevant outside of projects are (1) hook for storing solutions to disk now stores initial conditions and (2) sizes for plots in Springer proceedings are now included in plot helper.
Within the project, the script for generating job scripts on the cluster now allows to set number of openMP tasks, which turned out to be very important. Also this script can submit jobs for profiling on GPUs. I added the
copyinitial guess to the efficient sweepers within the resilience project. I addedtexlivemodule to the venvs I use on the cluster so I can generate plots with TeX font there.
