Cleaning up the documentation #2472

This PR cleans up some of the documentation. Specifically

Capitalise Kernels in the text
Use AdvectionRK2 as default advection Kernel, as it is faster while the accuracy is comparable for most applications

As RK2 is now advised as standard advection kernel

Since units has been removed as part of #2459

But with [hide-output tag] so they don't flush the screen
