  • Error popup(s) now specifically mention OneDrive and provide remedy (and full path for debugging)
  • This PR now covers Settings.xml offline error (was only build files previously as the branch name shows)
  • Now disables auto-saving Settings.xml on program close (if offline error occurs with it)
    • This is done to avoid automatically overwriting the user's settings
    • User can still manually save settings from the Options popup if desired
