Initial testing of the subversion. It compiles and runs.

Changed line 2205 in sipnet.c:

npp was previous calculated as GPP - resp.wood - resp.leaves

with the root model you need to add roots in the respiration.

Initial testing on the dynamics pools showed slighting adjusting
the turnover times of the wood and the leaves did not lead to
decreases in the pools.  This will be further investigated.
