README corrections
The "wifi:" codeblock can be removed because it is also specified in “packages/base.yml”. Rationale: Keep most not project specific configuration out of sight of unexperienced users and simplify code.
Remove double "wifi:" codeblock from "tesla-ble.example.yml"
