Similarly to "util/byte_span_extractors.hpp" added new "util/byte_span_inserters.hpp" header that includes helper functions for encoding various primitives (fixed signed / unsigned integers, varlen signed / unsigned integers, packed signed / unsigned integers, byte arrays and spans). Added new 'byte_span_encoding_test' unit test that checks varlen conversions for both signed and unsigned integers of different sizes. 'gtid_set_test' unit test extended with encoding-decoding (roundtrip) checks for untagged, tagged, and mixed GTID sets.
