In the 1.18/0.24 update of Archivematica, the directory structure of the Archivematica repos was updated to be more idiomatic for Python. This changed the location of certain files that our terraform configuration points to. This commit updates those locations to match how they are in v1.18 Archivematica and the v0.24 storage service.

For posterity, I believe this is due to changes linked from archivematica/Issues#1733

Thanks for figuring out these changes, @liam-lloyd , since it doesn't look like they were described anywhere upstream.
