Appreciate this list you've put together.

I stumbled across the TTC-CERT account on GitHub which hosts an up to date list, this appears to consist of malware, phishing and scam sites.

Let me know it there are any issues with the PR :)

There's no obvious license on the git repo.
Within the file it is tagged as TLP:CLEAR
