Implemented a build of obfs4proxy from its Go package, as it has been removed from the Alpine repository.

Updates the ReadME with a usage guide. Cleaning up the Dockerfile.

Is there any chance that we can make this PR not so huge or complex to achieve the same goal?

What do you mean?
Building an obfs4 binary? That's a major change. We can only keep it.

Or the ability to extend the configuration? I think this is a very useful thing. Then we can configure not only bridges without touching the main configuration. And the changes are very minimal.

It is possible to remove the example config, but it is quite important, because the syntax has changed a bit and there will be a lot of questions why it doesn't work.

@beshkenadze Sorry for the delayed response. What I meant was that there are some unrelated changes.

However, perhaps issue #63 might resolve the problem here?
